This policy applies to all employees and external consultants who may become aware of any form of misconduct. 

Scope of This Policy

  • Suspected Misconduct
  • This policy covers any misconduct that has occurred, is suspected to have occurred, or is likely to occur — including, but not limited to: harassment, theft, fraud, and bribery.
  • Non-compliance with legal obligations, whether arising from statutes, rules, regulations, or contracts.
  • Threats to the health and safety of any individual, including situations where a person is under threat or at risk of being harmed or killed.
  • Environmental damage, or potential damage, that falls within the company’s scope of responsibility.
  • The deliberate, or potential, concealment of any of the above.
